Position: Psychology Teacher (Secondary)
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Psychology Teacher to join a small, supportive secondary school in Warwick. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire and engage students in the fascinating world of psychology, fostering their academic and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach psychology at secondary level, covering a range of topics including social psychology, cognitive psychology, and psychological research methods.
Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons that promote critical thinking and encourage student curiosity in psychology.
Create an inclusive learning environment that caters to the diverse needs of students, encouraging their individual strengths.
Support students with exam preparation, coursework, and ongoing academic progress.
Collaborate with the wider school team to promote a positive and stimulating educational experience for all students.
What We're Looking For:
A qualified teacher with experience in delivering psychology at secondary level (QTS or equivalent).
Strong knowledge of psychology and the ability to communicate complex concepts in an accessible and engaging way.
Experience working with a diverse student body and the ability to differentiate instruction.
A passion for fostering critical thinking and academic excellence in young learners.
