A wonderful PRU is looking for a talented learning support assistant to join their team on a long term basis.
Our client is a secondary PRU KS3-5 age school, specifically designed for students with Social Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH), Challenging Behaviour and a wide range of SEN needs such as ADHD. The majority of pupils are also residential students who also attend the school.

There are multiple LSA/ Supporting roles available and many have excellent career progression pathways available, are starting immediately. All applicants must be willing to work up tp 5 days a week and school hours are 8:30am to 3:30pm.
We are looking for a LSA who can embrace the working environment, have compassion, support with Mental Health and be flexible with the wide range of challenges, and, rewards presented.

Applicants ideally will have:
Experience working in PRU's
A knowledge of Psychological and Emotional Needs
SEN experience
1:1 experience
Medical experience
Be aware of/ able to work in multi-agency settings
Have strong communication skills
