I am Kate and I resource for Steve who is an executive consultant at Aspire with over 5 years experience, Steve has built up a great relationship with the schools in the South Staffordshire area and because he has so many schools who utilise his services for supply teachers and teaching assistants my job is to build an outstanding bank to work in his Staffordshire schools.

As a Primary Teaching Assistant we expect you to be an outstanding member of staff so we expect the following;
*Have SEN experience within schools.
*Be confident with the curriculum.
*Hold a relevant qualification.
*Provide quality support to teachers and to pupils.
*Be able to carry out small group work and work with individuals under the teachers planning provided.
*Have the ability to think on your feet.
