💷 Pay Rate: £95 - £110 per day (dependent on experience)

Aspire People are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistant to work in primary schools across Mansfield. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children's learning and development within a school setting.
The Role:
Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons
Working with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning
Assisting pupils with additional needs where required
Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
Supporting behaviour management and classroom organisation
The Ideal Candidate:
Has experience working with primary-aged children (school-based experience preferred)
Holds a relevant TA qualification or equivalent experience (desirable)
Is patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic about education
Has strong communication and teamwork skills
Holds (or is willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS on the update service
