Job description
Teaching Assistant - Full Time - Salford (M38) - Immediate StartAspire People are currently recruiting for a full-time Teaching Assistant for a primary school in the M38 area of Salford, available for an immediate start.
This is a long-term, full-time position with the potential to continue for the right candidate.
We are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic, and committed TA who can support pupils across the classroom and work closely with the class teacher to support learning and development.
Teaching Assistant - Role responsibilities:
* Supporting teaching and learning within the classroom
* Working with small groups and on a 1:1 basis where required
* Supporting pupils with their engagement and progress
* Assisting with classroom management
* Creating a positive and supportive learning environment
Teaching Assistant - Requirements:
* Previous experience working in a school or with children
* A positive and proactive attitude
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
