Are you a qualified Teaching Assistant Level 2 (TA2) looking for flexible, long-term opportunities? We are recruiting enthusiastic and experienced TA2s to work on an ad-hoc basis in a primary school within the Leyland area.

Role Overview:
Provide classroom support across various year groups (KS1 and KS2).
Assist with individual and group learning activities, ensuring all students are supported.
Collaborate with teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons.
Adapt to different classes and student needs, offering flexibility and consistency.
Support with classroom management and student behavior when required.
Key Requirements:
Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (TA2) is essential.
Experience working in a primary school environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to adapt quickly and work on an ad-hoc, flexible basis.
A passion for supporting children's learning and development.
