The Role:
As a KS2 teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons across a variety of subjects, ensuring that all students achieve their best. You will work closely with other teachers and support staff to create a positive, engaging learning experience that meets the individual needs of each pupil.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners
Create a supportive classroom environment where students feel safe and valued
Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback
Work collaboratively with other staff to share best practices and support student development
Engage with parents and carers, providing updates on progress and well-being
Contribute to the overall development of the school community
What We're Looking For:
A qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
Experience working with KS2 students, ideally in a primary school setting
A passion for teaching and supporting children's learning
Strong communication and organisational skills
A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
Ability to inspire, challenge, and support students to reach their full potential
