Job description
Primary Supply Teachers needed in Manchester!Aspire People are currently supporting several Primary Schools in Manchester and the Greater Manchester area who are looking to for long term, short term and day to day supply teachers to support them within their schools until the end of the academic year.
Initially the roles will be on a temporary basis, however there may be the potential for the role to become permanent for the right candidate. Schools are also looking for September too with permanent role available.
The schools are looking for individuals who can inspire and motivate pupils using exciting and innovative teaching methods. A successful candidate will have a proven track record of raising attainment standards and be able to create an outstanding learning environment.
Successful candidate will require,
* QTS (Essential)
* Have experience of teaching in EYFS, KS1 and KS2
* Have a proven track record of strong classroom management
* Someone who can use their own initiative, be friendly with excellent interpersonal skills.
* Have experience of planning and assessments
* Be able to set clear boundaries and set high expectations
* Have experience of working with EAL students and being able to adapt lessons so they can access the same standard of learning as their peers
