Job description
Aspire People are currently recruiting Primary Supply Teachers to work across a range of supportive primary schools. The Role
As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will deliver pre-planned lessons and ensure pupils remain engaged and focused throughout the school day.
Responsibilities include:
* Delivering pre-prepared lessons across the primary curriculum
* Maintaining a positive and productive classroom environment
* Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
* Supporting pupils' learning and engagement
* Providing feedback to the school at the end of the day
* Adapting quickly to different classroom environments
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
* Recent experience teaching in a primary school
* Strong classroom management skills
* Ability to adapt quickly to different school settings
* Professional, reliable and flexible approach
