Aspire Education Agency is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Supply Teachers and Teaching Assistants to join our expanding network in Kettering. About the Role:
Primary Supply Teacher:
You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons across various primary year groups, ensuring pupils' learning progresses smoothly in the absence of the regular class teacher. You will adapt to different schools and environments, making a positive impact on students' educational journeys.
Teaching Assistant:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with classroom teachers, supporting individual students or small groups. Your role will involve helping pupils with their work, offering one-on-one support to those with additional needs, and maintaining a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering high-quality teaching and support across a range of schools.
Creating a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment.
Managing classroom behaviour effectively.
Supporting the emotional, social, and academic development of pupils.
Adapting lesson plans and activities to meet the needs of different students.

Requirements:
For Primary Supply Teachers:
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent.
Strong classroom management skills and a passion for teaching.
Ability to adapt to new environments and work collaboratively with school teams.
For Teaching Assistants:
Previous experience working with children in an educational setting.
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning (desirable but not essential).
A caring and patient approach to working with children.
Essential for Both Roles:
A valid, enhanced DBS check on the update service or willingness to apply for one.
Right to work in the UK.
Excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
