Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality classroom support across a variety of year groups
Deliver small-group activities, interventions and targeted support
Assist pupils with SEND, EAL and varying learning needs
Help create a calm, positive, and engaging learning environment
Support behaviour routines and encourage positive choices
Prepare learning materials and help set up classroom activities
Supervise pupils during transitions, breaks or lunchtime when required
Work closely with teachers to support lesson delivery and track pupil progress
Communicate effectively with staff to ensure pupil needs are met
Requirements:
Level 2 or Level 3 TA qualification
Enhanced DBS (we can help you obtain one)
Eligibility to work in the UK
