This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about inspiring and empowering children to reach their full potential across Early Years, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging, inclusive, and well-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1, or KS2.
Create a stimulating learning environment that fosters curiosity and encourages student participation.
Differentiate lessons to meet the diverse needs of all students, including those with special educational needs (SEN).
Monitor and assess students' progress, providing constructive feedback to promote learning.
Support children's social, emotional, and academic development, helping them build confidence and independence.
Foster positive relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Contribute to school activities, including school trips, extracurricular clubs, and playground duties.
Ensure a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience working with children in a primary school setting is highly desirable.
A passionate, patient, and caring approach to teaching young learners.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage children in their learning.
The ability to work as part of a collaborative and supportive team.
Good literacy and numeracy skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality lessons.
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
