The Role:
As an EYFS Teacher, you will play a key role in nurturing and developing the children in your care, guiding them through the early stages of their learning journey. You will have the opportunity to inspire creativity, build strong relationships with children and their families, and create a stimulating and safe environment where every child can thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver exciting, creative, and engaging lessons that meet the individual needs of the children.
- Assess and monitor children's progress, ensuring they are reaching their potential.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting the values of respect and kindness.
- Collaborate with the team and the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to ensure the highest standards of teaching and learning are maintained.
- Maintain effective communication with parents and carers, keeping them informed of their child's progress.
- Ensure that safeguarding and welfare standards are met at all times.

What we're Looking For:
- A qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent) and experience teaching in the EYFS.
- Passionate about early childhood education and committed to making a difference in young children's lives.
- A team player with the ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and the wider school community.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and its implementation.
- A proactive, positive approach to teaching and learning, with a focus on ensuring all children make progress.
- An understanding of safeguarding procedures and a commitment to child protection.
