Job description
Aspire People are recruiting for a Supply Teacher in Gloucester.We are currently working with a fantastic multi academy trust with schools based across Gloucester and close surrounding areas, that requires a primary supply teacher to join from September 2024.
The role will see you supporting the academy on a weekly ad-hoc basis helping support and cover a variety of shift patterns. Ideally you will be comfortable and confident to cover across the full primary curriculum and have a flexible approach to work.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Proven experience in teaching within the UK.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and classroom management abilities.
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
* A passion for education and a commitment to student achievement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the curriculum.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
* Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment.
* Collaborate with colleagues to support student learning and school initiatives.
* Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events as required.
