Job descriptionAspire People are recruiting Teaching Assistants to help support Primary school children from Reception up to Year 6 with reading intervention support across Leicestershire.
I am looking for candidates that have experience or trained in reading schemes such as Ruth Miskins, read Write Inc etc.
The clients we are recruiting for have various roles that are working with small intervention groups or 121 reading that are part- and full-time roles.
The schools recruiting are seeking TAs that are confident, enthusiastic, passionate about reading and education and wanting to make a difference.
The successful Teaching Assistant must have good knowledge of the national curriculums, creative, forth coming, hands on and hard working. They must be able to think on their feet, be flexible and adaptable to the student abilities and changing environments.
