Job description
Aspire People are recruiting for qualified with experienced Primary Cover Supervisors/HLTA in Wigston/Oadby area.This opportunity is perfect for a graduate (Education Studies)/ Early Year Career (ECT) or a Higher Learning Teaching Assistant (HLTA) if there should be wanting to peruse a career in teaching and want to gain more experience.
The roles vary from Year 1 - Year 6 in 1 form entry schools - 3 form entry. The planning and preparing is provided to be delivered across subjects.
The schools we are recruiting for are wanting candidates with knowledge and experience of delivering to a class with flexible and adaptable teaching experience. The schools are working with offer supportive support staff and strong SLT to support with lesson plans and assistants in each class.

Qualifications:
- HLTA Qualification
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant
- BA Education Studies
- Early Career Teacher (ECT)
The Responsibilities:
- Supporting a class teacher
- Covering PPA Cover
- Reliable and punctual
- Good communication skills
- Be able to adapt to level of ability and year group
- Be able to use your own initiative and work as part of a team
