Behaviour Support Assistant - LE5 Leicester
Are you experienced with challenging behaviour or SEN and looking for your next challenge? If so, this could be the role for you!
The Headteacher of a school based in LE5 are looking for a Behaviour Support Assistant to join on a full-time basis to help KS1 pupils.
The Role:
*Full-time school hours (08:30 - 15:30)
*1:1 or small group support in KS1
*Opportunity for the role to become permanent
Responsibilities:
*Supporting the learning and development of pupils who struggle to engage within classes
*Provide general support to Teachers in lessons
*Deliver resources to small groups of pupils who are withdrawn from classes
Requirements:
*Confident with supporting children who have challenging behaviour/SEN
*Previous experience with SEN (whether that be in school or in other backgrounds)
*Ability to build positive relationships with students
