Role Overview: As a PPA Teacher, you will provide essential planning, preparation, and assessment (PPA) cover, ensuring that students receive high-quality learning experiences in the absence of their regular classroom teachers.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering engaging and effective lessons across various subjects
* Supporting students' learning and development in a positive classroom environment
* Collaborating with teaching staff to ensure a smooth transition for students
* Assessing and monitoring student progress
* Maintaining high standards of classroom management and behaviour
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Experience working in primary education
* Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A proactive and adaptable approach to teaching
