Job description
Aspire People are recruiting for a PPA Teacher in Gloucester.Aspire People are working with a lovely primary academy that requires a teacher to join from September 24 until July 25.
The role is based on a part-time basis working Mondays, Tuesday and Wednesdays for a full academic year.
Duties include offering PPA cover throughout the school from year 1 up to year 5. The school are looking for a knowledgeable experience teacher with a flexible approach who can commit to the duration of the role.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Proven experience in teaching within the UK.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and classroom management abilities.
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
* A passion for education and a commitment to student achievement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the curriculum.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
* Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment.
* Collaborate with colleagues to support student learning and school initiatives.
* Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events as required.
