We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Teacher to deliver high-quality, inclusive education for students with complex needs and challenging behaviors. You will be responsible for planning and providing tailored teaching that meets the unique requirements of each pupil, while maintaining a safe, respectful, and nurturing learning environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professional integrity, embody the EPIC values, and collaborate effectively within the school community, adhering to the Staff Code of Conduct.

This small, supportive school is committed to providing individualized education for children, helping them thrive and succeed in their academic and personal development.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver personalized, high-quality teaching to meet the diverse needs of pupils with communication challenges, sensory processing needs, and complex learning difficulties.
Foster independence and confidence in students, adapting teaching strategies to suit their individual strengths and areas of need.
Collaborate with families and professionals to support and track students' progress.
Set high expectations that motivate and inspire students to achieve their best.
Lead and support a team of Teaching Assistants, providing clear guidance and encouragement.
Promote and share best practices across the school.
Requirements
A genuine passion for working with students who have SEND, PMLD, or similar needs.
The ability to create a safe, nurturing classroom environment where students feel valued and empowered to communicate, explore, and grow.
At least two years' experience working in a SEND, PMLD, or SLD (Severe Learning Disabilities) provision.
QTS/QTLS is a must.
