Job description
PART-TIME PERSONAL CARE ASSISTANTS (PCA)We are looking for a compassionate personal care assistant to support learners with physical disabilities in school. The Personal Care Assistant's (PCA) main role is to provide support for our learners with special educational needs and physical disabilities.
The Personal Care Assistant (PCA) will ensure that the learners can integrate as fully as possible in the activities generally undertaken by the other learners in the class and make progress.
Duties will include running specific programmes and activities to assist the learners personal care and social needs, not limited to performing basic housekeeping duties, assisting with personal hygiene, feeding, changing and providing support with learning in lessons.
This is a part-time position Mon- Fri 12:30pm to 3:30pm term time only!
