Passionate FQT Needed for SEN School - Milton Keynes - September 2025 StartJob Title: Fully Qualified Teacher (SEN Setting)
Location: Milton Keynes
Rate: Approx. £120-£175 per day (dependent on MPS and experience)
Hours: Term time only
Are you a Fully Qualified Teacher (FQT) with QTS in the UK looking for a rewarding role in an SEN setting? Whether you're an experienced teacher or an ECT ready to start your journey, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people.
We're working on behalf of a welcoming and well-resourced SEN school in Milton Keynes, seeking a committed and adaptable teacher to join them from September 2025.
This role is ideal for teachers who:
* Hold QTS and have UK teaching experience
* Are passionate about inclusive education and supporting learners with additional needs
* Are excited to gain SEN experience or already have some in a school or care context
* Want to work as part of a close-knit, collaborative team
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to a wide range of SEN needs
* Support pupils with complex learning, emotional or behavioural needs
* Foster a nurturing, inclusive learning environment
* Work closely with teaching assistants and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for every pupil
Key Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK is essential
* UK classroom teaching experience
* A flexible and empathetic approach to teaching
* A genuine passion for supporting children with SEN
* SEN experience is desirable but not essential - training and support will be provided
