Job description
Part-time Year 3 Class TeacherAspire People are currently recruiting for a committed and enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher to join a supportive primary school in Kings Norton on a job share basis, starting after February half term.
This role is three days per week (Monday to Wednesday), with a half day of PPA time incorporated alongside the other class teacher to ensure effective planning, assessment, and continuity for pupils.
The Role Will Include:
* Shared responsibility for a Year 3 class
* Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum
* Working collaboratively with the job-share partner to ensure consistency
* Assessing pupil progress and contributing to effective transition and continuity
* Creating a positive, well-managed classroom environment
* Communicating effectively with parents and colleagues as required
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Hold QTS
* Have experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (Year 3 experience desirable)
* Be organised, flexible, and collaborative
* Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management
* Be committed to inclusive and high-quality teaching
