Part time Interim Deputy Headteacher
Walsall
ASAP start - July 2021

I am currently recruiting for an Interim Deputy Headteacher for a part time role in one of my Walsall based Catholic Primary School 3 days a week. This will be a non-class-based Deputy Headship as the Headteacher is looking for support in the day to day management of the school. This is a flexible role in the sense that the school is happy to play to your strengths in terms of the areas of the curriculum you would be responsible for.

The Headteacher is keen to have someone on board who is nurturing and supportive to staff, pupils and families alike. The school has quite a young staff so someone who is passionate about the mentoring and support of fellow Teachers would be a great fit.

To be eligible for this role you need to;
*Have UK QTS
*Experience in a leadership role is preferable but not essential
*Proven track record of excellent classroom practice
*Preferably experience of leading teams, monitoring teaching and learning, successfully leading school improvement and raising standards
*Also open to ambitious, solution focused and dynamic Teachers who are looking to step up into a Deputy Headship position
*Knowledge of the Catholic Ethos is a must
