Job descriptionAre you a talented Office Manager currently seeking a new opportunity?
I am recruiting for an experienced Office Manager who is seeking a new challenge and wants to be part of a driven school administration team. Experience using the school software system SIMS is desirable, however not essential. The job is to start in September and will initially be on a temporary basis with potential or a permanent position for the right candidate. The hours are 8:15-16:15 Monday to Friday.
As a full time Office Manager, you will be expected to:
« Manage or be a part of the office team and provide administrative support
« Carry out administration duties efficiently adhering to GDPR
« Welcome visitors and parents, ensuring they are signed in according to the school's
« Ensure the smooth running of the reception area
« Type letters and memos
« Carry out tasks asked of you by the higher management team
You will be supported by me, Georgina Longhorne. I am Aspire People's Office & Technical consultant for the Staffordshire and Derbyshire areas. Whether you are seeking temporary or permanent work, I will be able to assist you in finding the perfect position.
