Job description
Aspire People are seeking energetic Level 2 or 3 Nursery Practitioners in the Birmingham area for bank staff /supply work. We are looking for practitioners who adore working with little ones, their families and a some lovely nurseries. This is a great way of gaining experience in different settings.Aspire People work with vast amount of Private day Nurseries and Nursery Schools across the Midlands. We are seeing an increasing need for flexible supply Nursery Practitioners roles, to cover daily and short term cover. Therefore, we are looking for Nursery Practitioner in Birmingham area for flexible work. This can range from prebooked or on the morning daily supply, weekly roles, SEN 1-1 cover or longer cover requirements.
All you need is…
* Level 2 or 3 in Early Years or Childcare
* A Clear DBS (Preferably on the update service or willing to pay for a new one)
* Passion for working with children
* Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS
Your responsibilities would be…
* Ensure the safeguarding of children always
* Monitor development
* To implement activities around the children's interests
* Build parent partnership
* Provide the best possible outcomes for all children
* Support children in daily health care routines
* Support children to develop independence
