Job description
Are you an experienced Room Leader who is Level 3 qualified or above within the South Birmingham area?I work with multiple nurseries and they are in high demand for level 3 practitioners to fill day to day, long term, short term and permanent positions in nurseries Within the Sutton Coldfield area.
All you need is…
* Level 3 or above in Early Years
* Clear DBS (Preferably on the update service)
* Passion for working with children
* Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS
* Experience of managing a team
* Excellent communication skills
* Paediatric first aid
* Safeguarding
Your responsibilities would be…
* Safeguarding children
* Monitor and support development and the impact on children
* To provide the best possible outcomes for all children
* To implement activities around the children's interests
* Manage and develop a small team
* Build and develop parent partnership
* Support children in daily health care routines
* Support children to develop independence
