Job description
Aspire people is currently seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Music Teacher for a highly successful school in Boston. This is a school where teachers are expected to deliver interesting and challenging lessons. The school has very supportive structure and there are great resources available to all teachers. This is a wonderful opportunity to join a successful and friendly team where there is an excellent support network across the school. This is a full time role starting ASAP.The ideal candidate will be an experienced and fully qualified Music teacher that has worked with varied and mixed levels of ability and is able to plan lessons accordingly. The suitable candidate will also need to be proactive, adaptable, flexible, and able to work as part of a team. This is a position for a fully qualified Music teacher, holding QTS in the UK. The successful teacher will be confident in teaching Music at GCSE Level.

Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging music lessons
* Teach a range of topics across the music curriculum, catering to diverse learning needs
* Create a positive and supportive classroom environment conducive to learning
* Use innovative teaching strategies to make Maths enjoyable and accessible
* Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development
* Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the Maths curriculum and contribute to school-wide initiatives

Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Strong subject knowledge and passion for Maths
* Experience teaching Maths to students of various ages and abilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment
