Maths Teacher Needed - Long-Term Role with Potential to go Permanent.Aspire People are in partnership with a secondary school in Trafford, Manchester, seeking a dedicated and qualified Maths Teacher with QTS to join their team on a long-term basis starting in January 2025. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Maths teacher or an enthusiastic new graduate to make a positive impact on students' learning, with the potential for a permanent position for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4, following the school's curriculum standards and fostering a love for mathematics.
* Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that promotes academic achievement and personal growth.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to help each student achieve their full potential.
* Collaborate with the Maths department and other school staff to support a consistent and cohesive approach to teaching and learning.
Ideal Candidate:
* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching Maths at the secondary school level.
* Demonstrates excellent subject knowledge, classroom management skills, and an ability to adapt teaching to meet students' needs.
* Is passionate about mathematics education and committed to inspiring students to achieve their best.
* Shows willingness to contribute to the wider school community and ongoing departmental initiatives.
