Aspire People are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join a supportive and thriving secondary school in South Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced teacher or an ECT looking to make a real impact in a dynamic learning environment.
About the Role:
Deliver engaging and inspiring Maths lessons to KS3 and KS4 students
Plan, assess, and track student progress to ensure high attainment
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Work collaboratively with the department to develop curriculum plans
Support students in reaching their full academic potential
About You:
✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
✅ Experience teaching Maths at secondary level (KS3/KS4)
✅ Strong classroom management skills
✅ Passionate about education and student development
✅ Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit diverse learning needs
