Aspire People is seeking a passionate and dedicated Maths Teacher to join a well-respected secondary school in Tamworth. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to inspire and challenge students, helping them develop a strong understanding of mathematics.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated Maths lessons in line with the national curriculum.
Support students of all abilities, ensuring they reach their full potential.
Assess, monitor, and track student progress, providing feedback to students and parents.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to departmental planning.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Experience teaching Maths at the secondary level (KS3 & KS4, KS5 desirable).
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching mathematics.
Excellent classroom management skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate students of varying abilities.
