Job description
Aspire People are looking for a **Level 3 Teaching Assistant** to join a supportive primary school team, providing essential academic and pastoral support to **KS2 pupils**. This is ideal for experienced TAs who can work independently and collaboratively to enhance pupil engagement and progress.**Your Responsibilities:**
* Supporting pupils individually or in small groups in literacy, numeracy, and other subjects
* Assisting with lesson planning, classroom preparation, and resource organisation
* Helping pupils with SEMH, behaviour challenges, and self-regulation
* Delivering targeted interventions to improve learning outcomes
* Monitoring progress and providing feedback to teachers and SENCO
* Supporting inclusive learning and promoting a positive school culture
**We Are Looking For Someone Who:**
* Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
* Has recent experience in KS2 primary education
* Is confident managing behaviour and supporting learning interventions
* Can adapt to different classroom environments and pupil needs
* Communicates effectively with staff, pupils, and parents
