Job description
Aspire People are currently recruiting Level 3 Teaching Assistants to support a range of primary school settings. We have a variety of opportunities available, including long-term roles and flexible placements.This role is ideal for an experienced Teaching Assistant who enjoys supporting classroom learning, delivering small group work, and helping pupils develop confidence in their education.
The Role
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting teachers and helping pupils access the curriculum effectively.
Responsibilities may include:
* Providing classroom support during lessons
* Working with small groups to reinforce key learning concepts
* Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis where additional support is required
* Helping to deliver targeted learning interventions
* Assisting with lesson preparation and classroom resources
* Supporting positive behaviour and classroom routines
* Encouraging pupils' social, emotional and academic development
The Ideal Candidate
* Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
* Has previous experience working within a school environment
* Demonstrates patience, adaptability and strong communication skills
* Is confident supporting pupils with different learning needs
* Is committed to helping children achieve their potential
