Aspire People is currently recruiting Level 3 Teaching Assistants to support a range of primary schools across Manchester. Your Role Will Include
* Supporting class teachers across KS1 and KS2
* Delivering 1:1 and small-group support to pupils
* Assisting with lesson preparation and classroom organisation
* Supporting pupils with SEND, SEMH, or additional learning needs
* Promoting positive behaviour and inclusion
* Monitoring progress and feeding back to teaching staff
What We're Looking For
* A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
* Recent experience working in a UK primary school
* A confident understanding of the primary curriculum
* A proactive, calm, and nurturing approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Flexibility to adapt to different school environments
