Job description
Are you a qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking to make a real impact in a supportive primary school environment? Aspire People are partnering with a well-regarded Manchester primary school seeking a proactive and experienced Level 3 TA to join their team.The Role
You will work closely with teachers to support learning across EYFS, KS1, and KS2. Responsibilities include:
Delivering 1:1 and small group interventions
Supporting pupils with additional learning or behavioural needs
Assisting with lesson planning, preparation, and classroom organisation
Encouraging engagement, confidence, and positive behaviour
Supporting assessment and tracking pupil progress
Requirements
Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
Recent UK primary school experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Calm, proactive, and flexible approach
