Job description
Aspire People are seeking a skilled **Level 3 Teaching Assistant** to support pupils in **EYFS and KS1**. This role is perfect for someone with proven experience in primary schools, who is confident delivering structured learning support and helping children achieve their developmental milestones.**Key Responsibilities:**
* Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups across the curriculum
* Assisting teachers with planning and delivering engaging lessons
* Supporting early literacy and numeracy development
* Implementing behaviour management strategies and promoting positive social skills
* Observing, assessing, and recording pupil progress
* Supporting transitions, pastoral care, and personal development activities
**The Ideal Candidate:**
* Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
* Experience in EYFS/KS1 settings
* Strong understanding of child development and primary curriculum
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Calm, patient, and adaptable approach
* Commitment to safeguarding and inclusion
