What You'll Be Doing:
- Helping students in KS1 and KS2 shine and reach their full potential
- Collaborating with teachers to deliver fun and engaging lessons
- Leading small group sessions and providing tailored support for individual needs
- Creating a positive and inclusive classroom where every child feels supported
What We're Looking For:
- A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience working in KS1 or KS2 (essential)
- A solid understanding of child development and the national curriculum
- Strong communication skills and a true team player
- Experience with SEN and interventions? Even better!
