Are you qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant with SEN experience?

Aspire People are working with a 2 form entry school based in the Great Barr area. The Primary school is currently looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant to work in Year 2.

You will be providing 1:1 support to a pupil with ASD, with a specific focus on their reading and general academic progression. You will also be supporting the pupil outside of the classroom, during break and some of lunch. This role is a brilliant opportunity for someone to work in a long-term position and join a supportive team who are invested in your development.

The position is commencing from September 2020 to April 2021 .

Candidates will be required to have the following:

-Experience in Key Stage 1
- Previous experience supporting pupils with special educational needs
-NVQ Level 3 in Childcare and Education
-Calm and caring approach
