If YES, keep reading…Aspire people are recruiting for a dynamic, dedicated, and motivated level 3 SEN teaching assistant on a long term basis.
As a Level 3 teaching assistant, you'll be fully qualified and ready to assist confidently and competently in the classroom. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Key responsibilities:
* Maintain a purposeful, orderly, and supportive classroom environment.
* Use given strategies to support pupils to achieve their learning goals.
* Working with the teacher and other educational professionals to monitor and review student progress.
* Communicating effectively with the student, teacher, parents, and other stakeholders.
* Ensuring that the school's policies and procedures are followed at all times
* Adhere to school policies and procedures relating to safeguarding.
* Use positive behaviour management strategies in line with the school's policy and procedures to contribute to a purposeful learning environment.
* Encourage pupils to interact and work cooperatively with others.
* Upholding the school's values and ethos.
Essential requirements:
* Relevant qualifications (CACHE Level 3, NVQ Level 3, etc.).
* MUST HAVE Classroom experience.
* A minimum of two verifiable professional references covering 6 months out of the past 2 years.
* The ability to work flexibly across multiple year groups.
* Adaptability to work effectively within differing environments.
