Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant - Full TimeAspire People is working closely with a welcoming primary school who are seeking a qualified Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their EYFS team.
This school places a strong emphasis on learning through play, communication development, and creating a nurturing environment where children feel safe, confident, and supported.
The Role:
* Supporting pupils within Nursery or Reception
* Delivering EYFS-based learning activities
* Supporting children's social, emotional, and communication needs
* Assisting with observations and progress tracking
* Working closely with the class teacher and EYFS lead
The Ideal Candidate:
* Level 3 TA / Early Years qualification (essential)
* Recent experience in an EYFS setting
* Warm, enthusiastic, and proactive approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
