Job description
**Level 3 CACHE Teaching Assistant - KS2 Intervention & SEND Support**Aspire People are currently recruiting a skilled **Level 3 CACHE Teaching Assistant** to support pupils across **Key Stage 2**, combining classroom support with targeted intervention and SEND support.
This is a varied role where you will work across the classroom, lead interventions, and provide additional support for pupils with mixed learning needs.
**The Role:**
* Supporting teaching and learning within a KS2 classroom
* Delivering targeted interventions in Maths and English
* Supporting small groups and occasional 1:1 work with SEND pupils
* Helping pupils close learning gaps and build confidence
* Supporting behaviour and engagement within lessons
* Monitoring progress and feeding back to the class teacher
**The Ideal Candidate:**
* Holds a **Level 3 CACHE Teaching Assistant qualification**
* Experience working within KS2
* Strong literacy and numeracy knowledge
* Confident delivering interventions and supporting SEND pupils
* Calm, adaptable, and supportive approach
