Job description
**Level 3 CACHE Teaching Assistant - KS1 Classroom & Phonics Support**Aspire People are seeking a confident **Level 3 CACHE Teaching Assistant** to support within a busy **Key Stage 1 classroom**, with a strong focus on **phonics, early reading, and classroom support**.
This role is ideal for someone who is confident delivering interventions and supporting pupils at different learning levels.
**The Role:**
* Supporting teaching and learning across a KS1 classroom
* Delivering small group phonics and reading interventions
* Supporting pupils working below age-related expectations
* Assisting the teacher with lesson preparation and classroom organisation
* Providing targeted support for pupils with additional needs
* Supporting behaviour management and classroom routines
**The Ideal Candidate:**
* Level 3 CACHE Teaching Assistant qualification
* Experience within KS1 and good understanding of phonics schemes
* Confident delivering small group interventions
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Proactive and adaptable approach
