Job description
**Level 3 CACHE Teaching Assistant - EYFS Focus**Aspire People are currently recruiting a nurturing and experienced **Level 3 CACHE Teaching Assistant** to support within a well-established **EYFS setting**.
This role is ideal for someone who has a strong understanding of **early child development** and enjoys working in a play-based, structured learning environment where no two days are the same.
**The Role:**
* Supporting children across Nursery/Reception in line with the EYFS framework
* Leading small group activities focused on early phonics, communication, and numeracy
* Supporting learning through play-based and child-led activities
* Assisting with observations, progress tracking, and learning journeys
* Supporting routines including transitions, outdoor learning, and continuous provision
* Providing additional support for children with emerging SEND needs where required
**The Ideal Candidate:**
* Holds a **Level 3 CACHE qualification (or equivalent in Early Years/Childcare)**
* Experience working within an EYFS setting
* Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage
* Patient, creative, and nurturing approach
* Confident working both independently and as part of a team
