Job description
**Level 2 Teaching Assistant - Classroom Support (Primary)**Aspire People are recruiting a committed and enthusiastic **Level 2 Teaching Assistant (or equivalent experience-based candidate)** to support within a welcoming primary school classroom.
This role is ideal for someone who may hold a Level 2 TA qualification, childcare qualification, or relevant school-based experience and is looking to develop further within education.
**The Role:**
* Supporting the class teacher across daily classroom activities
* Working with small groups to support core learning (English and Maths)
* Assisting pupils who need additional support to access learning
* Supporting behaviour, engagement, and classroom routines
* Helping prepare learning resources and classroom organisation
* Providing general in-class support across EYFS/KS1/KS2 as required
**The Ideal Candidate:**
* Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience in schools/childcare
* Experience working with children in an educational setting
* Positive, proactive, and supportive approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Willingness to learn and develop within a school environment
