Job description
Aspire People is working with a friendly and inclusive primary school in Manchester who are looking to appoint a Level 2 Teaching Assistant to support pupils across EYFS, KS1, or KS2.This role is ideal for a confident and reliable TA who enjoys supporting learning and being an active part of the classroom.
The Role:
Supporting pupils with classwork under the direction of the teacher
Working with small groups to deliver interventions
Supporting literacy, numeracy, and phonics activities
Helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment
Supporting behaviour and classroom routines
Requirements:
Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification
Experience working in a primary school setting
Relevant studies or courses such as English, Maths, Science, Psychology, Child Studies, Arts, or Education-related subjects
A positive and proactive approach to supporting children
