Job description
Aspire People is recruiting a Level 2 Teaching Assistant to support KS1 pupils in a welcoming primary school in North Manchester.This school has a supportive staff team and a strong focus on early learning and pupil development.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting pupils in Year 1 or Year 2
Delivering small-group reading, writing, and phonics support
Supporting children with varying learning needs
Assisting with classroom preparation and activities
Encouraging confidence and independence in learning
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
A Level 2 TA qualification
Experience supporting KS1 pupils
Relevant qualifications or training in English, Maths, Child Development, Psychology, Creative Arts, or similar
A calm, patient, and enthusiastic attitude
