Job description
Aspire People is currently recruiting Level 2 Teaching Assistants to support a range of primary schools across Manchester. These roles are ideal for Teaching Assistants seeking flexibility, variety, or a pathway into a long-term school placement.We work closely with schools to match candidates with roles that suit their experience, availability, and preferences.
The Role May Include:
* Supporting learning across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
* Working alongside teachers to support lesson delivery
* Providing small-group or 1:1 support
* Supporting pupils with SEND or additional learning needs
* Assisting with classroom management and organisation
Requirements:
* Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
* Recent experience in a UK primary school
* A flexible and proactive approach
* Confidence adapting to different classroom settings
* A genuine passion for supporting children
