Job description
Aspire People is currently recruiting Level 2 and Level 3 Teaching Assistants to support primary schools across Manchester and Salford.These roles are ideal for experienced TAs who are confident supporting learning and making a real difference in the classroom.
The Role:
* Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
* Delivering small-group interventions
* Supporting English, Maths, and phonics
* Providing 1:1 support where required
* Working closely with teachers and SEN staff
We Are Looking For Candidates With:
* Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
* Experience working in a primary school setting
* Qualifications or studies in English, Maths, Science, Psychology, Child Studies, Creative Arts, Sports, or Education-related subjects
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A caring and proactive approach
