Are you an experienced Learning Support mentor?

Do you have experience working with children with BESD (Behaviour, Emotional and Social Difficulties)?

Are you looking for a rewarding career?

I'm recruiting for a LSM in Leicester, to work within a special school that accommodates pupils with moderate and severe behavioural needs.

The perfect candidate will have working experience or life experience to be able to guide and coach the children in to making better choices when it comes to their behaviour. You will be working as part of a fantastic and supportive team.

Within this job role you will:

-Be comfortable mentoring children with moderate and severe behavioural needs

-Need to be an advocate for Mental Well-being

-Have experience working within a SEN school

-Have working experience of life experience supporting an individual with mental health

-Be able to reinforce boundaries whilst praising good behaviour

-Have suitable qualifications

-Have good knowledge of BESD and Mental Health
