Job description
Learning Coach/ Learning MentorWe are delighted to be working with a 3-form entry school, who would like to appoint a Learning Coach. Our client is based is Cambridge but ideally located for candidates to commute easily using local transport network.
The candidate:
* enthusiastic individual who can motivate learners
*have the ability to break down learning barriers
*intervene with behavioural concerns
*support the child/children achieve learning objectives
*ability to build rapport with children and their parents/carers
The role:
* to provide a safe learning environment for all learners
*support and motivate learners who are experiencing difficulties with learning
* work within a group or 1-1 setting
The school:
* believes in every child's capacity to learn.
* children are powerful and need a kind, caring approach within clear boundaries and high expectations.
*promote creativity to help everyone achieve to their full potential
